Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including attendance, student records, and correspondence.
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors with inquiries and information.
- Maintain school files, documents, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general communication in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist the principal and teaching staff with administrative support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth school operations.
- Support event planning, admissions, and examination processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a school or office administration role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
