We are looking for dedicated and organized office staff to join our school’s administrative team. The ideal candidates should be efficient, proactive, and capable of managing daily operations in a school environment with professionalism and a warm, student-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including attendance, student records, and correspondence.
  • Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors with inquiries and information.
  • Maintain school files, documents, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general communication in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist the principal and teaching staff with administrative support as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth school operations.
  • Support event planning, admissions, and examination processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a school or office administration role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a high level of professionalism.
