Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective, age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture that encourages student participation and learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and evaluations.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and maintain records of student performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, professional development programs, and other assigned duties.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to ensure a cohesive academic environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in a school setting is an advantage.
- Strong command over subject matter and effective classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools is desirable.
